This was a one-shot illustration done for Furrlough published by RadioComix. Famous anime scholar Fred Patten came up with the idea to publish a few illustrations based on something called a "theriopangram", which is a sentence consisting of all the letters in the alphabet. He wrote several of these sentences and farmed out the work to artists. Sadly, Fred suffered from a stroke recently. He's one of the fathers of anime fandom today. Without him, there literally would be no anime and manga in the United States. He was one of the original fans who imported anime way back in the 70s. He's a very well respected scholar and author in the field. So please wish him well.
